Made it to number four on the list for Illustration Friday this week - one day I shall reach number one. I always try to draw a fresh image for each week - does everyone else do that too? Sometimes seems that people use old random images that have very little if anything to do with the specific subject - but that might just be my little brain not able to spot the links.

I don't understand the quest to be the first to post to IF, though. If you're the first to post, you're ultimately the last one on the list - what am I missing?
The earlier on the list the more hits you get. Most people only look at the ones at the top and bottom of the list. If you are in the middle then you get noubt.
I like to use Illustration Friday to practice speed drawings and try to see how far up the list I can get - bit silly but it makes it more a challenge.
